My is Brandy Pearson, and I am the Instructional Coach for the Primary Campus. This is my 24th year in education, and my 7th year in this position. As an instructional coach, I work closely with teachers to increase student learning across the campus. My role is to partner with the teachers and to provide support for them based on their needs as an instructor.  My position sends me all around the campus and in classrooms doing observations, modeling instruction, and working with the curriculum and data.  I love getting to know the students as a whole campus and working closely with my teachers!
